Our Promise

We want you to love your Memory Doodle book. If you don’t, we’ll refund or replace it — no need to send it back. That’s our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

Every book is custom-made just for you, and we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not delighted with your book, contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right — whether that means sending a replacement copy or issuing a full refund. This Satisfaction Guarantee applies once per order.

2. Returns

Because each book is custom printed and unique to you, we do not require you to send your book back. In most cases, it’s more expensive to ship the book back than to simply allow you to keep it. Instead, we’ll work with you directly to resolve any issues.

3. Damaged or Defective Books

If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us right away with photos of the issue. We’ll replace the book at no cost to you.

4. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Orders may only be changed or canceled before they go into production.
  • Once your book has been approved and sent to print, we may not be able to cancel or alter the order.

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement under our Satisfaction Guarantee, please email us at support@memorydoodle.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will respond promptly and resolve your request.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to request photos or other evidence of the issue and to decline refunds or replacements in cases of abuse of this policy (for example, repeated refund requests without cause or suspected fraudulent activity).
