Our Promise

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. From the moment you approve your book, we’ll handle the printing, packaging, and shipping, and you’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

 

1. Production Time

Each Memory Doodle book is custom printed just for you. Production typically takes 2–5 business days from the time you approve your final design. During busy seasons, production may take longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.

2. Shipping Time & Methods

Once your book has been printed, it will be shipped via our fulfillment partners. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: Times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days)

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method you select.

4. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your package until it arrives.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Availability of international shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

6. Delays and Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or other factors outside our control. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date (U.S. orders) or 45 days (international orders) and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we may reship it at your expense.
